Pezzottaite Journals offer a Returns Policy for Journals. Pre-authorisation is not required for returns provided our returns parameters are met.

To ensure effective and timely processing of returns, an essential part of the service is the "Pre-Intimation" procedure detailed below. It is important that you comply with this carefully.

Pre-Intimation Prcoedure

• Send returns request to us through email on: contactus@pezzottaitejournals.net
• Requests must contain details of: ISSN, Quantity, Titles of Journals, and original Invoice Number.

The following conditions apply:

• Titles must be in re-saleable condition;
• Returns will not be accepted until three months from date of invoice;
• Titles stocked for longer than 12 months from dispatch date will not be accepted;
• That Journals are in good condition and, where applicable, in the original packaging;
• That we have a record of supply;
• That the return request does not exceed supply;
• That titles are still be in print;
• That old volumes are within six months of publication of current volumes;
• That Journal’s are not part of special arrangements e.g. institutional sales, pre-agreed limits etc.

For titles where invoice numbers cannot be located, pre-authorisation will be required. Contact and send these requests to us, marked for the attention, and we will endeavour to locate these invoice numbers. Authorisation will be confirmed as soon as possible.

Unfortunately any titles sent back to Pezzottaite Journals which do not meet the returns criteria or without prior authorisation will not be credited.

All return carriage costs to be borne by the customer, except as below:

• Defective Books / Damaged in Transit: Submit these separately within 7 days of receipt;
• Dispatch instructions will be sent as we will absorb carriage costs;
• Incorrect Shipment: Notify us about the error within 7 working days of receipt.

Returns received in un-saleable condition may be re-charged and held for collection for 28 days, after which they may be destroyed. In this case, all the return carriage expenses will be transferred back to your end.
